About Pasadena Villa Outpatient Orlando
Pasadena Villa Outpatient Orlando welcomes adults 18 and older who are struggling with their mental health. Based in the MetroWest area of western Orlando, the team supports people dealing with anxiety disorders, major depression, personality disorders, and other complex conditions. Clients can begin in a partial hospitalization program (PHP) with full days of structured care and evenings at home, or an intensive outpatient program (IOP).
Put Recovery to Work in Real Life
Pasadena Villa Outpatient is built on the Social Integration Model™, the belief that skills only count once they work in real life. So clients practice coping and self-management tools that hold up outside the therapy room. Each person’s care plan is shaped around their history and goals, using therapies like CBT, DBT, and expressive approaches. With consent, the team also works directly with a client’s existing psychiatrist, therapist, and primary care provider.
Fit Healing Into One’s Life with Outpatient Options
Pasadena Villa Outpatient offers two levels of care. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) is the more intensive option, with full-day programming while clients keep living at home. It works as a step down from residential care or as a direct way into treatment. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is more flexible, with half-day sessions, day and evening options, and 9 to 15 hours of clinical support each week. Both programs are built around each person’s goals.
Feel Ready for What Comes Next
Pasadena Villa Outpatient helps clients get ready for what comes after treatment. In weekly skills groups, clients practice handling everyday challenges, and family sessions help make loved ones a stronger source of support. As discharge gets closer, the team connects clients with any community providers they may need so the next step feels steady, and not like a drop-off.
