V-IOP, or virtual intensive outpatient program, brings the same clinical depth as in-person care to an online space. Clients join four days a week, Monday through Thursday, for 12 hours a week of group therapy built on DBT, ACT, and CBT, plus one individual therapy session. While in treatment, they build skills, share with peers, and try movement, creative expression, and mindfulness. And they get structure and support without having to step away from their daily routines.

For many clients, Odyssey Virtual is the aftercare that helps recovery stick. After residential or partial hospitalization treatment, clients can keep building skills and connection from home, with the same team and a flexible schedule.
