At Synergy Recovery Center, women find a private, 10-bed escape to step away from the weight of addiction and trauma. By blending professional therapy with restorative tools like yoga and art, the program creates a safe space to heal. Women will have a minimum of 3 individual therapy sessions a week and 5 weekly group therapy sessions. Every part of the stay is about treating each woman with the respect and dignity she deserves.

Protect Long-term Progress with a Stabilizing Pace

Synergy Recovery Center’s program is designed for 30-days, but can be extended according to the clients needs. The client, therapist, and treatment team will determine if additional residential treatment would be beneficial. The community support specialist will work with the client.

Feel at Ease and Get Strong

With only 10 beds, this facility is a quiet, high-end home where women create a strong bond with their peers. Synergy offers daily exercise classes. A walking trail is on the property, as well as an art studio, a yoga studio, pool, jacuzzi, and an outdoor fireplace.

Strengthen the Recovery Foundation before the First Day Home

During residential treatment, women will work with our community support specialist on continuing care to include outpatient treatment (IOP program), counseling, meetings, and medical appointments. By syncing all these moving parts before discharge, the center gives women a concrete roadmap of what comes next.

Testimonial
Synergy changed my life. When I entered the program nine weeks ago, I was unable to function or feel at all. Now, I am working towards a new normal of functionality and am able to feel the full range of emotions. The ladies that I have met here will be in my life forever. 💖 The staff is fabulous. The food is stellar. And the facilities are top notch. I highly recommend Synergy!

Cultivate a Supportive Sisterhood
Cultivate a Supportive Sisterhood
Synergy is women-only to get rid of the pressures that often stall recovery in co-ed settings. By creating a gender-specific space, it’s easier to drop one’s guard and handle personal struggles like trauma or family dynamics. This shared experience turns a group of strangers into a sisterhood where everyone can just focus on healing.
Make Sure Everyone is Ready for Life after Treatment
Make Sure Everyone is Ready for Life after Treatment
Synergy pulls the family into the recovery process rather than leaving them in the dark. By the third week, counselors share specific videos and SMART Recovery tools to get everyone on the same page. Through weekend visits and consistent education, the focus shifts from helping the loved one to repairing the whole home.
Empower Real Connection in a Small Circle
Empower Real Connection in a Small Circle
Synergy stays small so no one falls through the cracks. With only 10 women in the house, the staff knows each client’s name, their story, and exactly what they’re dealing with that day. It’s a quiet, 1-on-1 environment where women get the time and attention needed to do the deep work.
Calm the Nervous System when Words Aren’t Enough
Calm the Nervous System when Words Aren’t Enough
Sometimes talk therapy isn’t enough, especially when the body is still holding onto years of stress and trauma. Synergy uses the nervous system and somatic work to help women let go of stored tension. Whether it’s through guided movement, EMDR, or getting creative with clay, these tools reach the parts of recovery that words can't.
