At Synergy Executive, the focus is on helping men rediscover who they are without the weight of addiction or untreated mental health struggles holding them back. Whether navigating the complexities of substance use or the heavy fog of depression and anxiety, the center provides a tailored path forward. During the residential stay, every step is handled with dignity and respect.

Create a Permanent Foundation

Synergy is designed to be a 30 day program, however, the amount of time each person needs to spend in residential treatment is different and based on a variety of factors. It is Synergy’s goal to meet each client’s individual needs by customizing a treatment plan to meet them where they are at the time of
admission. The program is carefully designed with an intentional rotating weekly schedule offering individual, group, and family therapy, education classes, structured activities, support groups, and holistics.

Strengthen More Than the Mind

Life at Synergy happens across 38 acres of Ozark backcountry, where the environment is designed to get men out of their heads and back into their bodies. Between private suites and meals prepared by a personal chef, the day-to-day feels intentional. Whether it’s Friday morning TRX, a first-ever pickleball match, salt therapy, or meditation classes, these are tools to help men rediscover how to enjoy a life in recovery.

Build a Safety Net for Life after Treatment

During treatment, a dedicated community support specialist does the heavy lifting, from booking psychiatrists to plugging men into SMART Recovery meetings and outpatient counseling. By syncing all these moving parts prior to discharge, Synergy gives men a concrete roadmap for what comes next.
