At Recovery.com, Grace uses her lived experiences with mental illness to fuel and inform her work as a writer, researcher, and speaker. Her real-life experiences with a multitude of treatments give her a nuanced sense of understanding, advocacy, and connection with those seeking treatment. As a speaker, Grace contributes with research and lived-experience reflections, delivering closing keynotes and breakout sessions across America. She reflects her experiences in creative fiction too, writing and publishing books for young adults. Grace is a certified QPR Gatekeeper and has completed coursework in Counseling on Access to Lethal Means, Psychological First Aid, and Suicide Prevention.
