About The Soho Center - Broadway
Created as a safe and brave space for clients to confidentially work through issues that negatively impact their lives, the Soho Center serves children, teens, and adults with psychotherapy, individual therapy, and group therapy in-person or through telehealth. The center addresses anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, eating disorders, substance use disorders (SUD), grief and loss, trauma, sexual abuse, personality disorders, chronic pain, anger, and self-esteem concerns.
Tools for Healing and Growth
The team uses cognitive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal training, psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and interpersonal therapy. They also use interpersonal psychotherapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Gestalt therapy, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), positive psychology, neurofeedback, and interpersonal and social rhythm therapy.

Located near Madison Square, the Soho Center also provides couples counseling for sexual difficulties, infidelity, substance use, anger, and child-rearing or blended-family conflicts, as well as family therapy for communication, conflict, behavioral concerns, elder care, and other difficulties. They also provide anger management and divorce mediation.
