The Winslow

Residential

Private Pay

Led by Dr. Munidasa Winslow, former Chief of Addiction Medicine at the Institute of Mental Health, The Winslow is Singapore's only private residential addiction treatment programme licensed by the Ministry of Health, delivering fully personalised substance and behavioural addiction treatment while addressing co-occurring conditions, informed by evidence-based practice, within a fully regulated healthcare system.

Treatment runs as a 16-week continuum, a residential phase beginning at 28 days followed by a 12-week intensive outpatient programme (IOP), keeping clinical and relapse-prevention support in place through the high-risk period after discharge.

Neurorestoration

The programme integrates neurorehabilitation alongside psychotherapy, including electroencephalography-guided (EEG) neurofeedback, attention training, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) delivered via intermittent theta-burst protocols, and cognitive remediation, alongside mindfulness-oriented recovery enhancement. The goal is to support long-term behavioural change by strengthening attentional and impulse control, and self-regulation.

A Dedicated Family Programme

The Winslow places families at the centre of the process, rebuilding trust, communication, and connection in supportive relationships. With the client's consent, family members are involved through guided group work, education, one-to-one sessions, and regular progress updates.

A Restorative Environment for Recovery, Privacy Uncompromised

Set in a coastal enclave, The Winslow occupies a restored heritage building from the colonial period, reimagined for discreet, contemporary care, with hornbills and otters often spotted along nearby coastal trails just minutes from Singapore's leading medical facilities. Every residential stay includes wellness and recreational amenities: a fully-equipped fitness studio, sauna, cold plunge, therapeutic hot bath, pickleball and pétanque courts, a meditation space, creative studio, and landscaped gardens for quiet reflection.
