About Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Chicago - Erie
Adults can access structured residential mental health treatment at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Chicago - Erie. Their 30-bed program supports clients with anxiety, depression, mood, and trauma-related disorders through 24-hour support, therapy, psychiatric care, nursing care, and skills practice in a downtown Chicago setting.
Practice Skills With Clinical Support
Pathlight uses a multidisciplinary care model to help clients understand what drives their symptoms and practice new ways to respond. Individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric support, medication management, nursing care, mindfulness-based practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) can help clients regulate emotions, reduce avoidance, communicate needs, and build skills they can use during stressful moments.
Stabilize in a Structured Setting
Residential treatment gives clients daily structure, clinical support, and space from everyday stressors. Programming can include full-day treatment 7 days per week, therapeutic groups, skill-building groups, peer support, experiential therapies, and real-world skills practice through passes when clinically appropriate.
Plan for Continuing the Path
Pathlight helps clients stay connected before, during, and after residential treatment. Aftercare support can include coordination with outpatient providers, alumni outreach by phone and email, free virtual alumni groups, community events, online resources, and support for families and caregivers. These resources can help clients carry treatment gains into daily life.
