Adults, children, and adolescents who need more than weekly therapy can access structured outpatient mental health treatment at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Round Rock. Their on-site partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) support clients with anxiety, depression, mood, and trauma-related disorders while they continue living outside treatment.

Practice Skills with Clinical Support

Pathlight Round Rock uses mindfulness-based treatment approaches and master’s-level clinicians to help clients build practical skills for symptoms affecting daily life. Treatment includes weekly individual and family therapy, giving clients and loved ones space to work on coping, emotional regulation, communication, and continued support.

Choose the Right Level of Structure

The partial hospitalization program (PHP) meets 5 or 7 days per week for clients who need intensive support while living outside treatment. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets several days per week, giving clients more flexibility as they return to work, relationships, and home routines.
