Clients ages 12 and up can access structured mental health treatment from home through Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Virtual. Their virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP), Pathlight At Home, supports anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma-related concerns, and co-occurring conditions without requiring travel to an on-site program.

Practice Skills in a Virtual Group

Pathlight At Home meets 3 days per week for 3 hours per day, with skills groups, process-oriented therapy, and a small, consistent peer community. Care may draw from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help clients practice new ways of responding to symptoms.

Connect Care to Home Life

Virtual IOP allows clients to join treatment from home, school, or work using secure app-based access. This format can help clients practice skills in the same routines and relationships where symptoms often show up, including real-time, in-home exposures with therapist support when clinically appropriate.

Include Family and Continuing Support

Clients receive weekly individual or family therapy alongside group programming. Families and caregivers can access weekly education and support, and clients can stay connected after treatment through alumni resources, peer support, community events, and virtual support groups.

Stay With a Consistent Group
Stay With a Consistent Group
Clients participate in a small, consistent community of peers and providers throughout virtual IOP. This can help create accountability, connection, and continuity while clients practice skills, process challenges, and receive support between weekly individual or family therapy sessions.
Support Families and Caregivers
Support Families and Caregivers
