About SaVida Health - Springfield
In a river-valley setting just 2 miles away from the downtown, SaVida Health-Springfield helps clients manage opioid and alcohol dependency alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Part of a multi-state network, this location delivers individualized, evidence-driven care that guides patients from initial intake through recovery and relapse prevention.
Integrated Therapies Strengthen Patient Progress
Treatment combines FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment (MAT) including suboxone, buprenorphine, sublocade, and vivitrol with individual and group counseling. Case management helps patients navigate practical challenges, including transportation, housing, child care, and employment. SaVida Health offers intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for clients who benefit from additional structure while continuing to live at home.
Peer Guidance and Telehealth Options
Patients can access peer recovery coaching, and harm reduction resources, including Narcan (naloxone), to stay safe and supported throughout recovery. Telehealth visits and same-day or next-day appointments make care easy to reach, with office hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
