Treatment modalities include individual therapy, family therapy, psychiatric sessions, and evidence-based group therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as holistic and integrative activities like art and music. They serve teens facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress and other emotional difficulties and aim to build resilience, communication skills and healthy coping strategies for long-term well-being.

Simplify the Path to Accessible, Comprehensive Care

They accept most major insurance providers and advocate for families, aiming to simplify the insurance process so families can focus on treatment. They operate Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM and provide free parking to the left side of the building.
