Adults who need more support than weekly therapy can access structured outpatient mental health treatment at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Bellevue. Their on-site partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) support clients with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma-related disorders while they continue living outside treatment.

Practice Skills with Clinical Support

Pathlight uses mindfulness-based treatment and a multidisciplinary care team to help clients understand symptoms and practice new responses. Individual and group therapy give clients space to build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, reduce avoidance, and improve communication. Psychiatric support and medication management may also help clients stabilize symptoms during treatment.

Choose the Right Level of Structure

The partial hospitalization program (PHP) meets 5 days per week for clients who need intensive support while living outside treatment. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets several days per week, giving clients more flexibility as they return to work, relationships, and home routines. Both levels help clients practice coping strategies in real time and bring challenges back to treatment for problem-solving.

Plan for Continuing the Path

Pathlight helps clients prepare for continued care through discharge planning, outpatient referrals, coping strategies, and support resources. After treatment, alumni and family members can access follow-up outreach, online resources, community events, and virtual support groups that extend connection beyond PHP or IOP.

Address Overlapping Symptoms
Address Overlapping Symptoms
Pathlight’s transdiagnostic care model looks beyond a single diagnosis to address overlapping symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and trauma-related disorders. This can help clients understand patterns that affect emotions, thoughts, relationships, avoidance, motivation, and daily routines.
Find Therapy Matched to Goals
Find Therapy Matched to Goals
Pathlight Bellevue uses different therapies to support different goals, challenges, and stages of care. Clients may practice acceptance, mindfulness, emotional regulation, exposure, behavioral activation, and communication skills, helping treatment feel more connected to the challenges they face outside the program.
Practice Skills in Small Groups
Practice Skills in Small Groups
Group therapy gives clients space to apply what they learn, hear from peers, and receive guidance from clinical staff in a structured setting. Skills-based groups can help clients strengthen distress tolerance, communication, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and more flexible responses to symptoms and stressors.
Coordinate with Existing Providers
Coordinate with Existing Providers
Pathlight can collaborate with a client’s outpatient therapist, psychiatrist, or other providers during treatment. This communication helps the team understand treatment history, align goals, share progress, and keep care connected instead of starting over or working separately from existing supports.
