Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Seattle
About Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Seattle
Children, adolescents, and adults can access structured residential mental health treatment at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center on Madison Street in Seattle. Their psychiatrist-led programs treat mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders for medically stable clients, with 24/7 residential care for children and teens, 24/7 residential care for adults, and 7-day partial hospitalization program (PHP) care for children and adolescents in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood.
Practice Skills With Clinical Support
Pathlight Seattle uses mindfulness-based, psychiatrist-led care to help clients understand symptoms and practice new responses. Treatment can include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, DBT-centered trauma education and protocol, and specialized trauma and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) tracks that support emotional regulation, communication, values-based choices, and daily functioning.
Choose Structured Residential or Daytime Care
Seattle’s 24/7 residential programs give children, teens, and adults a highly structured treatment setting when symptoms require more support than weekly outpatient care. For children and adolescents who need intensive daytime care, the partial hospitalization program (PHP) meets 7 days per week while allowing evenings at home or in a peer-supported setting.
Support Families Beyond Discharge
Pathlight includes family and alumni support before, during, and after treatment. Their team develops a personalized discharge plan and can connect clients and families with aftercare services, alumni support programs, education, and practical resources, helping families understand next steps and continue support after residential or partial hospitalization care ends.
