Pasadena Villa Outpatient Quad Cities is a day treatment program for adults 18 and older with mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and personality disorders. It’s in Davenport, near the Iowa and Illinois border, and is part of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, which also runs the residential Pasadena Villa programs.

Choose Between Full-Day and Half-Day Care

There are 2 levels of care. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) is the more intensive one, with clients attending Monday through Friday for most of the day and going home at night. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a half-day option for clients who need support but less structure. Many clients start in PHP and step down to IOP as they get more stable. Treatment combines individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions, with groups focused on practical skills using approaches like evidence-based care plus experiential therapies. A psychiatric provider handles evaluations and medication.

Keep Current Providers in the Loop

What stands out is how the team works with the care clients already have. With a client’s permission, staff coordinate with their current psychiatrist, therapist, or primary care doctor. That way treatment doesn’t start from zero at admission, and clients aren’t left on their own after discharge.

A referral isn’t required unless a client’s insurance asks for one, but the program doesn’t accept walk-ins. It’s in-network with several plans, including Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, and TRICARE. It does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
