About Oak Ridge Recovery
Located just outside of Sutherland Downs Park, Oak Ridge Recovery treats adults with addiction, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders. Clients can attend a standard outpatient program, intensive outpatient program (IOP), or virtual IOP while living at home and continuing work or family responsibilities. They serve the Greater Treasure Valley.
Therapy, Psychiatry, and Recovery Skills
Treatment addresses alcohol and other substance use disorders (SUD), anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar-related concerns, and process addictions. Clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), along with individual sessions, group therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, skills training, and relapse-prevention planning.
Flexible Care Around Daily Life
Their outpatient structure lets adults, including professionals and parents, attend treatment without moving into a facility. Virtual IOP adds a remote option when regular in-person attendance is difficult. Oak Ridge accepts several commercial insurance plans and verifies benefits to explain coverage and possible out-of-pocket costs. They can also coordinate placement with outside sober living providers but does not operate housing. Day treatment (PHP) remains a planned service rather than a current level of care.
