About New Vision Wellness
Using a whole-person approach to care, New Vision Wellness provides outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults facing mental health conditions and substance use disorders (SUD), including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), alcohol, opioids, cocaine, and dual diagnosis. The center also offers specialized tracks for adolescents, professionals, and workplace-based support through their Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Clients can access structured levels of care such as partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient services, and telehealth, allowing them to receive consistent clinical support while maintaining daily responsibilities.
Evidence-Based Treatment and Daily Clinical Care
New Vision Wellness uses evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Clinicians lead individual, group, and family sessions to address symptoms and relapse risks. Treatment also includes motivational therapies, relapse prevention planning, and regular evaluations, along with yoga, nutrition counseling, art therapy, and psychiatric check-ins to adjust care.
Daily Structure and Program Experience
Participants attend structured sessions during the day and return home after treatment, depending on their level of care. PHP runs 5–7 hours a day, five days a week, with a mix of therapy, education, and activities. The center may assist with transportation, while telehealth allows clients to join sessions from home using secure video platforms.
