Care begins through Same Day Access, where an initial assessment identifies service needs and recommendations. A twenty four hour COPE Crisis Hotline provides immediate crisis response. Outpatient substance use disorder services include individual, group, and family therapy for adults and adolescents. Medication Assisted Treatment for opiate dependence is available, as well as detoxification services that assist individuals at the beginning stages of recovery.

Screening and comprehensive needs assessments guide individualized service planning. Customer service staff help individuals navigate available programs and resources. Family support services encourage engagement in the treatment process.
