About Compass Center for Wellness - Outpatient Program
Rather than separating treatment from the responsibilities of home, work, and relationships, this outpatient behavioral health center helps clients build practical skills they can use beyond treatment sessions. Compass Center for Wellness offers structured support for adults facing mental health and substance use challenges through partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and dual diagnosis programs. Depending on individual needs, clients may participate in individual counseling, group sessions, skill-building activities, and medication support throughout the week while continuing to live in their communities.
Address Mental Health, Recovery, and Reentry Needs
Support is available for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, substance use, and other mental health concerns. Treatment is tailored to each person's needs and may focus on managing symptoms, developing coping skills, improving daily routines, and strengthening relationships. Compass Center for Wellness also offers a Second Chance Program for individuals returning to the community after incarceration, combining counseling, peer support, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to help participants adjust to life outside the justice system and move forward with greater stability.
Experience Care Centered on the Individual
Compass Center for Wellness considers each person's background, support system, and goals when creating a treatment plan. Clients regularly meet with counselors, participate in group discussions, and connect with peers who are working through similar challenges. With varying levels of support based on individual needs, the programs provide consistent structure while helping clients practice new skills, navigate setbacks, and build healthier routines over time.

Buprenorphine
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
