About Brain Treatment Center - Ashburn
Providing noninvasive, drug-free care for children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, and other neurological concerns, Brain Treatment Center – Ashburn uses Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy (MeRT) to create treatment plans based on each person's brain activity. Located in Ashburn, Virginia, this outpatient clinic combines quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) brain mapping, electrocardiogram (EKG) testing, and FDA-cleared repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) technology rather than following a standard treatment protocol. The center also offers neurofeedback, occupational therapy, functional medicine, integrative psychiatry, IV ketamine therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), and its proprietary SPIN occupational therapy program to support neurological function, nervous system regulation, and everyday performance.
Integrated Care and Treatment Experience
Treatment begins with qEEG brain mapping, EKG testing, and a clinical evaluation before MeRT starts. Repeat brain mapping is completed throughout care to monitor changes and refine treatment as needed. Depending on each person's goals, care may include complementary services such as neurofeedback, occupational therapy, functional medicine, integrative psychiatry, or hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Amenities include sensory-friendly treatment spaces and on-site access to complementary neurological and wellness services.
Veteran and First Responder Program
Brain Treatment Center – Ashburn provides specialized services for veterans, active-duty military members, first responders, and their families experiencing PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, depression, anxiety, and operational stress. The center offers a Veteran Reset Program and accepts TRICARE and VA Community Care Network (VACCN) referrals for eligible services. This coordinated approach gives military and public safety communities access to neurological, mental health, and supportive therapies within one outpatient setting.
