Backcountry Wellness Outpatient

​Backcountry Wellness, located in Greenwich, Connecticut, offers comprehensive outpatient programs for teens and young adults dealing with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). Their outpatient services are tailored to meet each client's unique needs, promoting recovery while allowing them to maintain daily responsibilities.​

Day Treatment (PHP)

This full-day immersive program provides a structured environment where clients engage in individual, group, and family therapy, nutritional counseling, meal support, and holistic practices like yoga and sound healing. The goal is to establish a balanced lifestyle free from disordered eating behaviors.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Designed for those who require daily support but can continue living at home, the IOP offers after-school sessions that include therapy, nutritional guidance, and academic support. This program helps clients integrate recovery skills into their everyday lives.

Meal Support Services
