Lighthouse Psychiatry - Gilbert

Founded in 2016, Lighthouse Psychiatry provides psychiatric and counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults at its Gilbert location. The center evaluates and treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), sleep disorders, personality disorders, and impulse control challenges.Care combines psychiatric evaluations, medication management, counseling, and advanced interventional treatments, including EEG-guided transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), Spravato, ketamine therapy, and photobiomodulation. The center also evaluates co-occurring substance use concerns and refers patients to who need detoxification or primary addiction treatment to outside provider.

Deliver Outpatient Psychiatric Care

The Gilbert office provides in person and telehealth appointments. Providers tailor treatment with psychiatric medication management, counseling and advanced interventional treatments based on each client’s needs. They also offer individual counseling for children, adolescents, teens, and adults, along with family, couples, and group therapy. Counselors draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), accelerated resolution therapy (ART), critical memory integration (CMI), mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy according to each clinician’s expertise and treatment plan.
