About Discovery Mood Portland
Discovery Mood Portland is an outpatient program treating mental health conditions in adolescent clients ages 11-17. They offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Clients are treated on an individual basis, with their unique needs being taken into consideration to help them best achieve their recovery goals. The clinical staff uses a variety of evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). clients participate in both individual and group therapy sessions.
