They provide outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) addiction treatment, mental health care, and crisis intervention, with admission preference for pregnant women in addiction treatment. They are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., making services available throughout the workweek.
Comprehensive Outpatient Support
They provide individual and group treatment, psychotherapy, marital counseling, family therapy, and treatment planning. Their mental health services include behavioral health assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and medication prescription and management. For addiction, they offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), relapse prevention, aftercare counseling, court-ordered assessments, and treatment court programs. Their Dodgeville office also distributes free naloxone nasal spray to help reverse opioid overdoses.
Community and Family Support
Their services extend to children with developmental disabilities and delays through therapy, daily living skills training, service coordination, in-home treatment, and family support. They also provide recovery-oriented mental health services for adults and children with ongoing needs through Comprehensive Community Services. The State of Wisconsin certifies their outpatient mental health and addiction programs as they work toward their mission of supporting healthier individuals, families, and communities in Grant and Iowa Counties.

Supportive Medication for Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling to treat addiction. The medications are used to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, or block the effects of substances. More about MAT
This center offers MAT, but does not list specific medications for treatment. Contact the center for details for specific MAT medications.
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
