About Touchstone Recovery Center Outpatient
Touchstone Recovery, located in Fresno, California, provides outpatient care through partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs for adults with substance use disorders. They provide specialized care for individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders and structured sober living is available for individuals needing housing during treatment. Touchstone Recovery is a Fresno County Superior Court mandated rehab center and also provides support for individuals transitioning from Fresno County Jail. They use evidence-based treatment like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) with holistic offerings like a personal trainer, yoga with sound baths, and music therapy. Touchstone offers family counseling and family support services are free for existing patients and alumni. Alumni will have access to lifetime support through Touchstone Recovery.
Touchstone Recovery’s PHP program runs Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. Treatment methods include 1-on-1 counseling, group sessions, medication management, family sessions, and other holistic approaches like mindfulness meditation and health and wellness instruction.
Touchstone Recovery’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) is an 8 week program with four 3 hour sessions a week. Their IOP consists of 1-on-1 counseling, alcohol and drug testing, family sessions, and group sessions. They use evidence-based therapies with holistic approaches like mindfulness meditation and health and wellness instruction.
