Supporting meaningful progress in recovery, Ignite Counseling Denver helps children, teens, adults, and couples address anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), neurodivergence, sex and pornography addiction, and addiction recovery. They offer individual, child and teen, couples, and virtual therapy, along with ketamine integration therapy and virtual OCD and trauma support groups.

Support Growth Through Treatment

The center takes a whole-person approach that considers each client’s strengths, story, needs, and goals while using collaborative, solutions-focused strategies. Clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma. Ketamine integration provides psychotherapy after clients receive ketamine treatment from a medical provider, generally within 1-3 days of treatment. Child and teen therapy can add mindfulness, creative expression, and family collaboration when appropriate, while the virtual Seeking Safety group helps adults address trauma, PTSD, and substance use through present-focused coping and safety skills.
