About Ellie Mental Health - Loveland
The Ellie Mental Health Loveland office on Hahns Peak Drive brings together 11 clinicians, including two interns and a clinical supervisor, who see children, teens, and adults of all ages. They treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, and several also work with neurodivergent clients, couples, and families. Clients can start with individual therapy or add family or couples sessions as needs change.
Work Through Trauma and Life Changes With Varied Therapies
Clients build coping skills through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), alongside mindfulness-based work. Several clinicians also offer eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, while those working with younger clients add play therapy, sand tray work, and art therapy to help children express what is difficult to put into words.
Match With Clinicians Who Focus on Specific Needs
Clinicians list attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) among their main focus areas. Several also support survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault, and one bio highlights queer-friendly care. Others work closely with military families, adoptive and foster families, and blended families, so parents and caregivers can find a clinician who fits their circumstances and concerns.
Book Sessions In Person or Through Telehealth
The office opens 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Clients can meet at the Hahns Peak Drive clinic or online, since Ellie offers telehealth at every location. The team matches each new client with a therapist based on preferences and availability, and clients can ask for a different match if the fit feels off after a few sessions.
