Scottsdale Providence offers individual and group therapy alongside consistent psychiatric care, with a clinical emphasis on grounding clients in their bodies. Trauma-informed, body-based approaches calm the nervous system and restore a sense of safety, while cognitive and motivational therapies support emotional and behavioral growth. Interactive journaling actively engages clients by shifting treatment from being done to them to being actively shaped by them. Medication management, case management, discharge planning, and integrative practices like somatic experiencing, acupuncture, and yoga, and support whole-person recovery.
Balance Recovery & Life with Outpatient Care
Scottsdale Providence’s outpatient programs support clients stepping down from their residential program or clients who want to address mental health or substance use while continuing to live at home. Their partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides a full schedule from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with an hour lunch break. Intensive outpatient program (IOP) options last 3 hours a day and are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Their outpatient services also include gender-specific and LGBTQIA+ groups for more personalized care.
