About R&R Recovery
Set in Huntington Beach, California, R&R Recovery takes a holistic approach to the treatment of addiction. Recognizing that treatment is not a one-size-fits-all model, their staff create individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and strengths to reduce the risk of relapse. Components of an individual’s treatment plan may include evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and rational-emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). Additional holistic therapies may be used including art therapy, music therapy, mindfulness, and experiential therapy.
R&R Recovery serves clients in an outpatient setting. Their program options include a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and an extended care program. The extended care program is a 12-week, 3-phase program designed to support the development of healthy coping skills as one transitions from treatment back into society. While in the program, clients build upon their recovery foundation and learn social and professional skills with the support of counselors, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals.
