Wellness Ranch Kentucky is built around substance use disorders and the mental health conditions that so often come with it. Care begins with medical detox, offering safe, supervised withdrawal, then continues into residential treatment, where clients stay on campus for ongoing support. Rather than sending people elsewhere as their needs change, both levels of care happen in the same place, with the same team.

Address Both Sides of Recovery at Once

At Wellness Ranch, care starts with the person, not the diagnosis. Each plan is built around what someone actually needs. Staying connected to family and loved ones is encouraged, so residents can practice what they're learning in relationships while still in a safe, supported setting. Since mental health struggles and substance use often go hand in hand, both are treated together instead of one at a time.

Rest Somewhere That Feels Like Home

Clients share bedrooms in pairs, each with a window onto the property and comfortable bedding. Meals are prepared on site and eaten together at long farmhouse tables. Between sessions, common rooms offer space to talk or just sit, while a pool table and foosball table give evenings somewhere to go. Clinical work happens in its own dedicated rooms, kept separate from where clients actually live.

Leave With a Plan After Treatment

Before residents go home, a continuing-care plan is put in place: therapy and psychiatric appointments already booked, personal relapse-prevention tools mapped out, and family included in the plan too. Every resident also joins a new, growing alumni community, with regular check-ins after discharge and peer events to look forward to.
