Sagent Treatment, located in Big Lake, Minnesota and formerly called Nystrom, is a residential treatment center helping adults with both addiction and mental health challenges. They offer two levels of residential care: medium-intensity services providing 24-hour support with at least 15 hours of clinical services per week, and high-intensity services offering 24-hour care with trained counselors to stabilize clients and prepare them for outpatient treatment. The center is designed for individuals facing psychological problems, criminal justice involvement, or antisocial behaviors.

To ensure continuity of care, Nystrom & Associates offers an outpatient clinic that is a short 5 minute drive from the facility, along with telehealth options.

The 54-bed residential facility provides a safe and stable environment, clinically managed by licensed alcohol and drug counselors, nursing staff, and mental health professionals. Accommodations are shared and include an en-suite bathroom, providing clients with a sense of community while still allowing them to experience privacy and comfort. Meals are prepared onsite by a team of cooks and are formulated by a dietician.
