Longhorn Ridge Recovery
About Longhorn Ridge Recovery
Tucked into the hills of Sonoma County, Longhorn Ridge Recovery offers a private setting for adults addressing substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. They also work with professionals and high-achieving adults, prioritizing privacy and the demands of work and daily life. Care can move from medical detox into residential treatment, day treatment (PHP), or intensive outpatient care (IOP), with treatment for alcohol and drug addiction alongside anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and related concerns.
A Closer Level of Clinical Care
With only 6 beds and a low staff-to-client ratio, Longhorn Ridge can keep treatment closely tied to each client’s progress. Therapists use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, and somatic therapy. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available when appropriate, and care also includes individual, group, and family sessions while the clinical team addresses substance use and mental health concerns together.
Daily Life Around Treatment
Residential days can include morning check-ins, individual therapy, group programming, meals, physical activity, and evening reflection. Between sessions, clients can work with a personal trainer, practice yoga, spend time outdoors, or unwind in a private room. A personal chef prepares meals that accommodate dietary requirements, while the natural surroundings provide a quieter residential setting.
