Designed for those healing from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges, their detox and residential programs are clinically led and rooted in the 12-Step model. Beyond stabilization and sobriety, they help clients build lives worth living through nature-based adventures, creative expression, and wellness rituals.

Build a Strong Framework for Sobriety

Clients engage in focused workshops that bring the 12 Steps to life, turning principles into actionable habits. Clients explore each step in depth, reflect on their progress, and receive feedback tailored to their journey. The program also includes:

• Individual and group therapy to foster healing and connection.
• Trauma-informed care to address root causes of addiction in an emotionally safe environment.
• Outdoor activities designed to rebuild confidence and joy in sobriety.
• Yoga, meditation, nutrition, and fitness to strengthen both mind and body.

Recharge in a Modern Retreat Setting

Clients experience the strength of community while staying in private or shared accommodations, and dining together on chef-prepared meals made with fresh, local ingredients. On-site amenities include a sauna, cold plunge, rooftop yoga, access to a fitness club, and movie nights. Foundations also assists with travel planning and visa extensions for clients who begin with 30 days and choose to pursue deeper healing through a longer 60- or 90-day stay.

Leave with a Plan for Long-Term Recovery

As treatment comes to a close, Foundations Bali helps clients prepare for what comes next with a personalized aftercare plan. This may include referrals for ongoing therapy or coaching in the client’s home country, connections to local 12-Step meetings and sponsors, relapse prevention strategies, and optional follow-up contact from Foundations. They also offer sober living for clients who would benefit from additional structure and support before returning to everyday life.
