With a 2:1 staff-to-client ratio, California Horizon Treatment Center’s multidisciplinary team delivers substance use and co-occurring mental health care within a private 6-bed setting. The team provides 24/7 medical detox, manages clinical withdrawal, and leads residential rehabilitation. They treat alcohol, benzodiazepine, cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, opioid, and prescription drug, alongside anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and personality disorders.

Progress from Detox to Residential Care

Clients engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed therapy, family therapy, mindfulness meditation, specialized breathwork, yoga, group counseling, and alumni support services. Medical detoxification generally lasts between 5 and 10 days, and most residents remain in residential treatment for 30 to 90 days, depending on individual progress.

Recover in Comfort and Privacy

Residents access private and semi-private suites, a gazebo, meditation and lounge areas, fitness spaces, high-speed wireless internet, on-site laundry services, secure storage, a private chef, and a designated outdoor smoking area. Before admission, clients should bring a government-issued ID, insurance card, comfortable clothing, personal hygiene items, and prescribed medications in their original containers.
