Key Collective helps clients ages 13+ struggling with mental health, substance use or feeling stuck foster skills to manage life through one-on-one clinically informed mentorship and live-in companion care. Services Offered

• Mentoring: Professional, clinically-informed mentors offer one-on-one guidance, helping individuals navigate personal challenges, build self-esteem, and achieve their goals.​ Mentors are paired with individuals based on similar life experiences.
• Companioning: For those requiring intensive support, live-in companions provide 24/7 assistance, ensuring safety, accountability, and collaboration with clinical teams.​
• Parent Coaching: Recognizing the complexities of parenting, especially when mental health or substance use is involved, Key Collective offers coaching to empower parents with effective strategies and support.​

Key Collective applies a strength-based approach to support skill building, resilience and long-term well-being for all their clients.​ And because they fill in the gaps of clinical care, clinicians appreciate Key Collective for being highly collaborative across an individual's support team. Key Collective mentors and companions are Master’s level professionals who share lived experiences with the clients they are paired with in order to enable genuine connection and trust where clients are able to see themselves in their mentor or companion and build confidence for growth. Additionally, mentors and companions are overseen by a clinician and required to attend monthly clinical trainings to enhance therapeutic work with clients.
