About Trenton Treatment Services
Trenton Treatment Services is an outpatient facility offering intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) in New Jersey’s vibrant capital, rich with history, culture, and industry. The program combines medication-assisted treatment with counseling, peer support, and case management. Home dosing is available for methadone, supporting patients as they rebuild stability, confidence, and long-term recovery.
Empowering Recovery with Inclusive Support
The center provides additional services including life skills classes, substance use education, and case management designed to build confidence and strengthen long-term outcomes. As an inclusive space, it welcomes LGBTQ+ individuals and those of all gender identities and sexual orientations, ensuring a safe, affirming environment. They operate Monday through Friday, from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, providing continuous support for long-term recovery.
