Insurance

Provider's Policy

Trailhead Treatment Center accepts most major insurance plans and offer flexible self-pay options for those without coverage.

Built around a straightforward idea, addiction and mental health rarely travel alone, so treating one without the other leaves the harder problem untouched. Trailhead Treatment Center holds dual licensure from the state for both conditions, meaning adults from surrounding communities in New Hampshire and Massachusetts receive treatment for both under one roof, with one clinical team.

MAT and Opioid Treatment

Trailhead uses long-acting injectable medications to treat opioid and alcohol use disorders, removing the daily management that oral medications require. Options include Vivitrol, a monthly naltrexone injection; Sublocade, a monthly buprenorphine injection; and Brixadi, a newer buprenorphine formulation available in weekly or monthly doses. MAT pairs with any program level or runs as a standalone service.

Mental Health and Co-Occurring Care

Trailhead treats depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and emotional dysregulation within the same program that addresses substance use. A Nurse Practitioner handles psychiatric evaluation and medication management, while individual therapists stay with each client across program levels so progress carries forward. Yoga and breathwork are included into the clinical schedule as part of treatment, not offered separately.
