About Sunlight Wellness & Recovery
With peer-led care guiding treatment, Sunlight Wellness & Recovery addresses addiction and mental health needs through structured, individualized care. Partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient care address alcohol and drug addiction, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), connecting treatment needs with each client’s goals and appropriate level of care.
Integrate Clinical Recovery Supports
Their clinicians combine individual, group, and family therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). They integrate mindfulness, yoga, art and music therapy, nutrition counseling, and relapse prevention into treatment. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) can include buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone, or disulfiram when clinically appropriate, adding medication support to individualized care.
Strengthen Support Through Community
Sunlight Wellness & Recovery’s specialized programs address the needs of veterans, first responders, professionals, executives, and young adults ages 18–25, including military trauma, occupational stress, privacy, and work responsibilities. The 12-month Family Support and Education program teaches communication, boundaries, coping skills, and relapse warning signs. They also connect clients with workplace-readiness guidance, alumni meetings, online communities, peer mentorship, and step-down planning as care continues.

Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
