About South Orange County Wellness
Set near Southern California’s scenic Pacific coastline, South Orange County Wellness provides multi-level outpatient mental health care for adults and professionals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and other emotional challenges. Programs are designed for individuals who need structured support and flexibility while spending time with family, maintaining employment, and remaining engaged in their communities. The flexible outpatient program also serves as a step-down option for those transitioning from residential or inpatient treatment.
Find the Appropriate Level of Care
Treatment starts with a comprehensive assessment that explores mental health history, symptoms, concerns, daily functioning, and personal goals. Licensed clinicians use this information to determine the most appropriate level of care and develop an individualized treatment plan. Clients may participate in a partial hospitalization program (PHP), which meets 5 days a week for highly structured support, or an intensive outpatient program (IOP), which meets 3-5 days a week, for less structured support. Both programs include group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric and clinical support, ongoing treatment planning, and skill-building that helps clients develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and apply new life skills in daily life.
Support for Working Professionals
Career-oriented professionals experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, or emotional challenges receive support that addresses how workplace stress, burnout, and emotional challenges affect personal life, job performance and family relationships. Individual counseling, group therapy and clinical support help clients respond to workplace and life stressors more effectively.
