About Rogers Behavioral Health - Sun Prairie
Built around a single primary behavioral health program instead of separate diagnosis-specific tracks, the Sun Prairie center opened in 2026 to offer Rogers Behavioral Health's partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) services. The center serves adolescents and adults with depression and other mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). An on-site Ronald McDonald House Family Room, giving families a dedicated place to wait, work, or recharge during treatment.
Build Skills Through Structured Care
Clients begin with a free clinical screening before the treatment team recommends the appropriate level of care. Therapists lead group, individual, art, and experiential therapy while teaching coping skills, and practical strategies clients can apply in daily life. The primary behavioral health program combines process-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills within one treatment plan.
Continue Support Beyond Treatment
PHP runs 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, while IOP runs 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, allowing clients to return home after each treatment day. After treatment, clients can join the Herrington-McBride Alumni Association and free virtual support groups. Rogers Behavioral Health also offers educational sessions for patients and family members.
