About Resilient Health Gilbert - Higley Road
Resilience-building is central to care at Resilient Health, where youth and adults receive counseling, psychiatric services, autism spectrum services, and support for mental health, substance use, and trauma-related challenges. The organization has operated since 1971 and provides both in-person and telehealth services across Arizona. At the Higley Road location, psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication monitoring are available for youth and adults, alongside counseling and family support services.
Autism, Counseling, and Psychiatric Care
Resilient Health primarily provides group counseling, with individual and family sessions offered as needed to address behavioral health, mental health, and substance use challenges through a trauma-responsive approach. Clients may participate in expressive therapeutic arts and art therapy groups that focus on social connection and life skills. Youth with autism spectrum disorder receive services that address social and daily functioning, while teens and young adults ages 17 to 24 can participate in transition services focused on emotional regulation, relationships, achievement, purpose, and healthy behaviors.
