Previously operating as Preferred Family Healthcare (PFH), Centerstone is a nonprofit health system that provides addiction recovery support for all ages. They also offer the state-certified substance awareness traffic offender program (SATOP), which educates and treats drivers convicted of alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses (DWI/DUI) to help prevent repeat offenses.

Guiding Recovery and Community Living

Centerstone treats alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, opioids, heroin, methamphetamine, and other substances while supporting clients with co-occurring anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, trauma, and work or school concerns through intensive outpatient programming (IOP), individual, group and family counseling, case management, and support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). For clients who need additional support, the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation (CPR) program provides daily services that build life skills, strengthen self-care practices, and promote independence while clients continue living in their own homes.
