Omnia Recovery

Taking an individualized, client-first approach to behavioral healthcare, Omnia Recovery treats substance use disorders (SUD), mental health conditions, co-occurring disorders, and eating disorders. Their outpatient continuum ranges from more intensive daytime care to flexible ongoing support, and clients can choose day or evening options. Day treatment (PHP) runs about 5 hours a day, 5 days per week, while intensive outpatient program (IOP) treatment typically meets about 3 hours a day, 2–3 days per week. This flexibility helps clients stay connected to treatment while managing work, school, or family responsibilities.

Therapy, Connection & Recreation

Omnia Recovery combines evidence-based and holistic therapies to match each client’s personalized treatment plan. Clients attend group sessions several days per week and receive individual therapy at least once weekly, with the option to schedule additional sessions when needed. Treatment can include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), outdoor adventure therapy, body movement, and sound baths. Weekly activities such as hiking, bowling, rock climbing, and beach trips give clients opportunities to connect with others and have fun in recovery.

Stay Connected Beyond Treatment

Omnia Recovery makes outpatient care more connected through client lounges, a game room, and shared spaces where clients can spend time with sober peers. Alumni remain part of the recovery community through lifetime aftercare, events, and a dedicated mobile app with daily accountability check-ins, recovery resources, and an event calendar. Clients can also receive Narcan training, while sober activities and community involvement create opportunities to build friendships and experience social life without relying on substances.
