Founded in 2019, NEUCOA is a veteran-owned outpatient center that provides personalized, non-invasive brain care for children and adults with mental health, neurological, and substance use conditions. Using quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) brain mapping and electrocardiogram (EKG) analysis, the clinical team personalizes Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy (MeRT), repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), and Sonal wellness treatments. The clinic treats major depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury (TBI), ADHD, autism, sleep disorders, chronic pain, cognitive decline, and tinnitus.

Personalized Brain Mapping and Treatment

Care begins with a consultation, followed by qEEG brain mapping and EKG testing to evaluate brain activity and develop an individualized treatment plan. Based on the results, clinicians recommend MeRT, rTMS, or the Sonal wellness device. Most treatment plans include daily 30- to 45-minute sessions over 4 to 6 weeks. The clinical team repeats qEEG and EKG assessments throughout treatment to monitor progress and adjust each protocol as needed.

Family-Focused Outpatient Care

The center provides individualized care for adults and children in a dedicated outpatient setting. Parents are encouraged to remain with their children during treatment to help them feel comfortable throughout each session. Because the therapies are non-invasive, clients can return to their normal daily activities after each appointment while continuing their personalized treatment plan.
