Their Integrative Model of Care guides clients sequentially through each stage of recovery, ensuring that each client’s treatment plan is specifically designed to cater to his or her individual needs. Treatment can include individual and group counseling, 12-Step facilitation, anger management, acupuncture, adventure therapy, expressive therapy, healthy living workshops, therapeutic art and writing, and more. Mountainside believes the greatest asset for long-term recovery is a strong support system. They work closely with the client’s family and create support services to help loved ones understand addiction and the recovery process.

The Wilton, Connecticut location regularly hosts clients from all over Fairfield County and surrounding areas, including New York City and Westchester County. Mountainside is pleased to hold a 3.7 ASAM certification as well as dual accreditation from CARF International and The Joint Commission, making it 1 of just 7 addiction treatment facilities in the country to do so.
