Serving people through different stages of life, this outpatient practice helps children, teens, adults, and families understand and manage mental health concerns that affect daily life, relationships, and well-being. The practice supports concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and more complex psychiatric needs. Clients access therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, and psychological testing under one roof, with appointments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and telehealth throughout Washington.

Connecting Clients with the Right Care

The team tailors care to each client’s age, concerns, and goals. Therapists support children and teens with age-appropriate care while also counseling adults, couples, and families based on their needs. For clients working through trauma, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) helps them process difficult experiences. Psychiatric providers evaluate and manage medications when needed, while psychological testing brings greater clarity to symptoms and helps guide the next steps in care.
