About Inner Haven Wellness Neenah
Providing specialized eating disorder treatment for adolescents in Neenah, Wisconsin, Inner Haven Wellness Neenah offers partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) levels of care for teens ages 12–17 who are struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, disordered eating, body image distress, and co-occurring anxiety, depression, or mood-related concerns.
Inner Haven’s Neenah program was designed to expand access to adolescent eating disorder treatment in Wisconsin, offering structured, evidence-based care in a supportive environment that includes both the teen and their family system.
Heal Eating Disorders with Tailored PHP and IOP for Teens
The Neenah adolescent program provides a higher level of care for teens who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy can provide. Treatment may include supported meals and snacks, therapeutic groups, psychoeducation, individual therapy, nutrition counseling, family therapy, medical monitoring, psychiatric support, and experiential skill-building.
The PHP level of care provides a more intensive treatment structure, while IOP offers continued support with more flexibility for school, family, and daily life. Inner Haven’s admissions team helps families and referring providers determine the most appropriate level of care based on each teen’s clinical needs.
Experience Family-Centered Recovery Support
Inner Haven Neenah includes family involvement as a key part of the healing process. Through family therapy, caregiver support, psychoeducation, and practical communication tools, loved ones learn how to support recovery in ways that are compassionate, informed, and sustainable. This family-centered approach helps teens feel less alone while also giving parents and caregivers the guidance they need to better understand eating disorders, support meals, respond to distress, and create a more recovery-oriented home environment.
Build Skills for Real Life with DBT & ACT
Inner Haven’s adolescent programming is grounded in evidence-based approaches including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (DBT), mindfulness, emotional regulation, values identification, cognitive defusion, and committed action. Teens are supported in building practical tools to manage distress, navigate relationships, challenge eating disorder behaviors, and reconnect with a life beyond the disorder.
