FPHSA Rosenblum Behavioral Health Clinic

Located near U.S. Highway 190 in Hammond, the Rosenblum Behavioral Health Clinic treats mental health conditions and substance use disorder through outpatient and intensive outpatient care (IOP). It is part of Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) and the largest outpatient clinic in the FPHSA system, serving Tangipahoa, Livingston, and Saint Helena parishes. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., helping residents stay connected to care close to home.
