Clearview Outpatient - San Ramon

Located in San Ramon's Tri-Valley area of the East Bay, Clearview Outpatient San Ramon provides evidence-based mental health treatment for adults 18 and older through partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. The Joint Commission-accredited center treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline and other personality disorders, PTSD and trauma, and co-occurring autism spectrum disorder, with care individualized around each client's goals and progress.

Clearview Outpatient San Ramon's clinical team delivers evidence-based therapies, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), alongside process-oriented, psychoeducational, and experiential approaches across individual and group settings. Additional offerings include expressive art therapy, psychodrama, family therapy, and groups for healthy relationships and conflict resolution. Affirming care is central, with treatment that respects each client's identity, relationships, and lived experience, including for LGBTQIA+ clients.

Move Between Levels With One Care Team

The center offers both PHP and IOP so treatment can match the intensity and scheduling each client needs. PHP provides full-day structured treatment, including group therapy, individual sessions, and psychiatric support, for adults who need intensive care but not 24-hour supervision. IOP offers structured daytime sessions for those stepping down from PHP or needing more than weekly outpatient therapy. The same clinical team works across both levels, ensuring continuity as needs change.
