Addiction and Substance Use Services

Chapa-De uses buprenorphine and naloxone (suboxone) for medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Along with MAT, they introduce strategies to quit smoking and also offer education about available medications to quit smoking. They offer a Red Road to Recovery talking circle, which is based on the native teachings from Red Road to Wellbriety of the White Bison Recovery Movement. They also have alcohol recovery groups using the SMART Recovery model.
